Terms of Service

By accessing or using bestmen.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bestmen.ai, a UK-based business.

bestmen.ai is a speech writing tool. You complete a questionnaire about the groom, your relationship, and the wedding. We use this information to write a personalised best man speech, which is delivered to you by email and available in your account.

The service includes:

• One complete, expertly crafted best man speech based on your questionnaire responses
• A 17-point automated quality check
• Up to five rounds of revisions, each requested within 7 days of delivery of the previous version
• Download in Word document (.docx), PDF, and plain text formats

The fee for the service is $39 USD (or local currency equivalent), charged as a single one-off payment at the point of purchase via Stripe. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees.

Prices shown in local currency at checkout. Approximate equivalents: £30 GBP / A$59 AUD / €36 EUR. Final amounts are determined at the point of payment and may vary with exchange rates.

Payment must be completed before your speech is generated.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your speech for any reason, email hello@bestmen.ai within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked.

After 7 days, or after your speech has been downloaded more than once, refunds are at our discretion. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Upon payment and delivery, you own the generated speech. You are free to use it, edit it, perform it, publish it, or distribute it as you wish. You do not need to credit bestmen.ai.

bestmen.ai retains the right to use anonymised, de-identified versions of speech structures (not your personal content) to improve the service. We will never publish or share your identifiable speech without your consent.

The bestmen.ai brand, website, system prompts, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

You agree not to use bestmen.ai to:

• Generate content that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal
• Deliberately provide false information about real individuals with intent to harm
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without our written permission

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order if we determine the intended use is in breach of these terms.

Speeches generated by bestmen.ai are produced using our speech writing system based on the information you provide. We apply a quality-checking system to every draft, but we cannot guarantee that every speech will be perfect for every context, audience, or delivery style.

You are responsible for reviewing the speech before delivering it. bestmen.ai accepts no liability for any offence caused, emotional distress, or reputational damage arising from the delivery of a generated speech.

The quality of the output is significantly influenced by the quality and specificity of your answers. Vague answers produce generic results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bestmen.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to any embarrassment, reputational harm, or emotional distress resulting from the speech content.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service ($39 or currency equivalent).

We aim to deliver completed speeches within one hour of submission. However, delivery times may vary depending on system load and are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver within 24 hours in all cases.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of any significant changes.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of bestmen.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Where changes are material, we will notify existing customers by email.
