If you're not happy with your speech for any reason, email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No awkward questions, no hassle.
How to request a refund
Email hello@bestmen.ai with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address you used to purchase. That's it.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method via Stripe. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
7-day guarantee — the details
The 7-day window begins when your speech is delivered to your email inbox. Within that window, you are entitled to a full refund for any reason — including:
- The speech didn't feel right for your groom or occasion
- You've decided to write it yourself
- The wedding has been cancelled or postponed
- You're simply not satisfied with the quality
We don't require you to explain why. A simple request is sufficient.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window, we are unable to offer refunds as a matter of course. However, we will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis where there is a genuine reason — for example, a significant technical error on our part.
To request a late refund, email hello@bestmen.ai with details of your situation. We will do our best to find a fair resolution.
Revision requests
Before requesting a refund, you may wish to use your included free revision. Every purchase includes one round of revisions — simply log in and submit your changes via the refinement form. This is the best way to get the speech exactly right.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
What we can't refund
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The speech has already been delivered at the wedding
- You provided deliberately false or incomplete information that resulted in an unusable speech
- More than 7 days have passed since delivery and no exceptional circumstances apply
- The request is made after a chargeback has been filed with your bank (please contact us first)
Disputes and chargebacks
If you are unhappy, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We have a 100% good-faith commitment to resolving complaints fairly, and chargebacks create avoidable delays for both parties.

UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer based in the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital services provided with your explicit consent before the 14-day cancellation period ends may not be eligible for the statutory right to cancel once the service has been fully performed. By completing your purchase and consenting to immediate delivery of the speech, you acknowledge this.
Our 7-day guarantee is provided voluntarily and in addition to, not instead of, your statutory rights.
